Benjamin G. Arcizo joined Black Hawk Country Club / Shadow Hawk Golf Club in October 2014. He lives in Kingwood, Texas and graduated from The Art Institute of Houston, with a degree in the applied science of Culinary Arts. Chef Ben’s passion is bringing Restaurant quality food to the country club environment as well as variety with seasonal menu changes throughout the year. His goal is to keep things fresh and on trend with the most modern and trending foods.
